Lord Jesus Christ heals again


 
                                                     JESUS HEALS AGAIN

Praise the Lord Jesus and may he be exalted, magnified and glorified. The Majestic Divinity. The Holy One. God Almighty.
I would like to boast about the Lord Jesus and he heals again. Today24/3/19, as I returned from church with my family, I was led by the Holy Spirit to visit a family in Suva. My intention was to visit a man who suffered from a stroke. We have been praying about him. As we arrived at his home, his wife. met us at the door and invited us in. The lady looked tired but managed a welcome smile.
As we sat to have our welcome prayer the lady requested to be prayed over to Jesus as he was suffering from a head ache for the last four days. She has been going for massage but the pain persisted. She has not been able to carry out her work of looking after her sick husband because of her head ache. To make matters worse she had a fall and her left hand was swollen.
I shed tears as she related the difficulties of looking after her husband day and night. She was strong. holding her pain back like all loving and caring mothers. We sat down with her and prayed and I laid hands on her calling on Jesus name for healing. We said the famous line praying using the word of God that “by his stripes we are healed”. And yes Jesus healed her instantly.
                                               


As we finished her prayers she was crying with tears rolling down her cheeks praising God that she was instantly healed. She stood up happy and thanking and God. She happily told her husband she was now healed and can continue looking after her sick husband. We sang a hymn and prayed to the Lord Jesus for his healing. We glorify his Holy Spirit. The great physician. The Most Powerful one.
For me the amazing thing is the instant healing. She said once she saw us coming out of our car she knew God is going to heal her. The other amazing thing I was sick myself and was always limping to church and everywhere I go because of my sickness but continue to pray for the sick. Just goes to show that it was Jesus that did the healing. I encourage you to stand in the gap and pray for the sick despite your own circumstances. Paul was in chains but continued spreading Jesus mighty name. We can also. It’s the Lord Jesus that does the healing. There is power in his name. Glory to God.
Jesus is still healing now. We need to have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. He said I have come that you may have life and life in abundance. As we continue to praise the Lord and waiting for the sick husband we had an unpleasant surprise. The husband in his state of stroke became very angry and started swearing at us and wanted us out of the house. We respected his wishes and came out. We thank the lady and she was apologising profusely and asking for forgiveness. We did not respond to the unpleasant situation, we only glorified God.
                                                


 We praised the Lord and left without praying for the stroke husband. We hope that God will give us another time to visit to pray for the husband. VERSY MEDIA NEWS: 30/10/21 Vision of the church. By Elia Vesikula Occasionally God shows me vision of what is happening and what is to come. Recently I was shown a vision that I was standing in a very large church and was standing up front as I was about to deliver a sermon. My green bible was opened in front of me on a table covered with white cloth. However as I waited no one was in the church, the pews were empty. The passing of my homeless friend Nafiz by Elia Vesikula

The passing of homeless friend Naziff Mohamed aka Nathan. 31/1/22 It is hard to write this note. want to pass on that one of our homeless and Street Dweller our friend Nathan (Nafiz Mohamed (aka) Nathan has passed on. Police in Lautoka have confirmed to me that his body was found in Vunato creek in Lautoka on Sunday morning. There wre bruise marks found on his body and Police said that could be marks from rocks as Nathans body may have floated down creek. Police said that the postmortem showed that his intestine was affected by glue and was deteriorating. Recent alcohol was also found in the stomach. Police said that he may have been drinking with friends and may have fallen in to the creek. Police from the Lautoka Market Police Station said that his relative have buried him. I still have to follow up on that. He sleeps near the Police Post in the market then when he was around and that is where I use to meet him to give his food in the evenings.
