A memorable visit to the streets of the sugar city of Lautoka Fiji.
A memorable visit to the sugar city of Lautoka By Elia Vesikula I joined two of my grandchildren on the streets of Lautoka early October 2020 in Lautoka in the west of Fiji. We visited the streets, feeding the homeless living on the streets. Our main focus is to spread the word of God to the home less on the streets. Ju Tu and author ready for the trip It was a touching, humbling and a time that taught us to love more like Jesus. We took sandwich tuna prepared by my daughter Vilavi Waqa. She is an inspiration. We took tea in a yurn donated by Fiji Australian resident living in Sydney, Buna Leitabu and we are thankful for her familys’ contribution. Although she has been away from Fiji she still contributes in a big way for the spread of WORD of God in Fiji. I joined my two grand children. They are 5 year old Tu and and 14 year old Junior Nemani Waqa. They helped distribute the food to the street dwellers or the homeless in our towns
